How do I book your services?
To book our services, we have a simple process in place. The first step is to fill out our inquiry form, which can be found on our website. Once you submit the form, one of our team members will promptly get in touch with you. They will gather all the necessary details about your event and provide you with a customized quote for the specific services you require.
Once you receive the quote and are satisfied with the terms and pricing, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer to reserve your preferred date. The retainer ensures that we can allocate the necessary resources and secure the availability of our team for your event. The remaining balance will be due a week prior to your event.

What is your cancellation policy?
Booked services are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to accommodate a new date that works for you within reason. Please note that you are eligible to reschedule your event only once.
We do request that you notify us as soon as possible when you need to cancel, so we can make the necessary adjustments.

How far in advance should I book your services?
It is recommended to book our services as soon as possible to secure your desired date and time. Popular dates and seasons tend to book up quickly, so it's best to plan ahead. We suggest booking at least a month in advance, but for larger events or during peak seasons, it's advisable to book even earlier. This will allow us enough time to prepare and ensure that we can accommodate your specific needs.

How much is the delivery and the installation fee?
We charge a 30% delivery and installation fee for the total cost of the service.
Ex. Balloon Installation $480 x 30% delivery and installation fee = $144

What kind of balloons do you use?
We pride ourselves on using only professional-grade high-quality balloons for our services. These balloons are specifically designed for professionals and offer superior durability and vibrant colors. We understand the importance of providing our clients with the best possible experience, and using high-grade balloons ensures that our decorations look stunning and last longer. Plus our balloons are 100% biodegradable except for our foil balloons which can be recycled.

What am I able to keep from my balloon display?
Customers are often curious about what they can keep from their display. In our backdrop displays, you are able to keep the balloons only. Everything else, such as faux florals, signs, and props, are considered rentals and need to be collected when the event ends.
